Super Negin Saffron Threads – Paperboard Canister

Goliran Grade 1 Super Negin Saffron consists of selected Iranian saffron threads with a deep-red colour and a visually uniform structure. Its long, thick and separated filaments give the product the refined appearance associated with Super Negin saffron.

Laboratory testing recorded crocin values of 250–285, exceeding the stated minimum of 240 and indicating strong colouring performance. The safranal result of 28–50 represents the product’s characteristic aroma, while the picrocrocin range of 65–100 relates to its distinctive saffron flavour. The tested moisture content was 7.49%, remaining below the specified maximum of 10%.

The 250 g format is suited to professional kitchens, restaurants, food manufacturers, distributors and other users requiring saffron in larger quantities. The threads can be used whole when presentation is important or gently crushed and infused when even distribution of colour, aroma and flavour is required.

The product is packed in a cardboard can placed inside a cardboard box. Each master box contains 20 individual units, with a total net saffron weight of 5 kg. The corresponding unit and master-box specifications are provided below.
